When to Quit Your Job

lonely, unhappiness sp: tristeza, desânimo, de...Image via WikipediaYou may not like your job, but does that really mean it's time to quit? Work and Productivity blog The Job Bored has a few suggestions to help you determine if it's time to quit your job or not.

Sometimes unhappiness at work can be triggered by other issues in your life. Those issues can bleed into other areas, like your job, and you may feel like work is the problem when it's not. On the other hand, your job may be exactly what's making you unhappy. How do you tell? Here's what The Job Bored says are bad signs:
  • Your job focuses on all your weaknesses, rather than your strengths
  • Getting a promotion seems like it's never going to happen
  • Your coworkers are bringing you down
  • Incoming business is slowing down dramatically
If a few of these describe your situation, it may be time to leave your job. For more in-depth look, check out the full post over at The Job Bored.
