Samsung Galaxy Q specs leak out

MobileCrunch has got some information that surely might blow your mind. Yes ladies and gentlemen, the Samsung Galaxy Q, specs in tow, has leaked out on paper and it looks to be a pretty awesome device.

It’s going to be smaller than the Galaxy S series and it’s going to have a QWERTY keyboard onboard. It also apparently sports a 1GHz Hummingbird CPU, 16GB of storage, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi 802.11n. And that’s not the best part.

The Galaxy Q will be shipping with Android 2.2 aka Froyo.

As far as a camera is concerned, it has an 8 megapixel camera and a 1.3 mega pixel front facing camera much like the HTC EVO does. The only drawback is that the screen is going to be smaller than the Galaxy S series checking in with a 3 inch 720×480 Super AMOLED screen.

The phone is going to be quad-band and it will run on GSM with a 7.2 Mbps HSDPA radio and it’s going to weigh about 3.8 ounces. So overall, not a bad set up here on paper, but once a photo, a release date and availability are well, available, we’ll get a better read on whether or not this will be a winner.
